Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

  • In case the client withdraws any service prior to its completion, the company won’t be refunding any amount to the client.
  • The proportion of the refund to be given mentioned below is the percentage of the full service fee paid and not the entire amount paid. Also, only if the complete amount has been paid would be refund be considered.
  • We are strictly against any charge backs. If a customer disputes a credit card payment that is eventually found to be a valid transaction, we would blacklist the customer from using our services ever again. We would send all the due bills to the collections. If they fail to collect the payment, the bills would be transferred to the credit reporting agencies.
  • The service tax of 14.5% paid by the clients at the time of the fee payment is non refundable under any circumstances.
  • If your application has been rejected by the immigration authorities, we would initiate a refund as per the agreed percentage given in the contract. This refunded amount would be processed within a period of 45 days. The refund claim in this case must be accompanied by a copy of the rejection letter of the application. Failure to present this document would lead to rejection of the refund claim.
  • For any delay caused by any of the 3rd parties, the company won’t be held responsible. For instance, a delay caused by the courier service is no grounds for asking a refund.
  • The partner skill assessment results during the Australian immigration process are done by the Australian authorities only and we have absolutely no say in its outcome.
  • We can’t refund any fee paid to the immigration, consulate or visa agencies of any of the countries.
  • The company won’t be held responsible for any possible failure in the payment when the client is using online payment methods or credit or debit cards.
  • A number of countries require the applicants to show a minimum amount in their bank accounts as a proof of his financial background. In case the applicant doesn’t have the said amount in his bank account, he can’t ask us to refund any amount for the purposed to supplementing the balance and showing it to the authorities.
  • The company won’t process any refunds if the visa is rejected on these grounds – the applicant’s failure to attend the interview schedule for the issuing of visa, if the applicant violates any of the rules made by the embassy or related authorities, if the applicant or any of his or her family members fails in the mandatory medical examinations, if any of the documents submitted by the applicants are found to be fraud, the any visa law in the past has been violated by the applicant or any member of his or her family, for missing any deadline for the submission of fee or documents, if the applicant isn’t able to get the minimum required score in language proficiency tests such as IELTS, if the applicant takes back his case with a period of 3 months of registering and if the applicant doesn’t make any communication with us for a continuous duration of 3 months.
