    Hi,

We are from India staying and working in Kuwait, we stay in joint family myself my wife son his wife and his 2 children age 7 and 11, my daughter in law applied for study in Canada during covid time and she got the study permit and after she joined the university for her masters in Victoria BC she we applied for her husband and 2 children for visit visa as open work permit during covid was taking long time as she was on study permit and she can call her spouse and children to join her, but they refused the visit visa saying you will not go back as you have strong connection in canada to stay back we wanted them to go on visit visa and then apply for open work permit for her spouse from canada as it is taking less time, second time we applied for her spouse open work permit that also got refused saying you have less funds where as we are staying and working all the family members in Kuwait and have more than sufficient funds in Kuwait and back in India cash and property.

Why do they refuse the reunification of family inspicte of all the funds and proper document, if they dont want the family to come there they must not say that the spouse and children can join if you are on study permit.

    Please advice
