Investment Required For New Zealand Visa in 2022

These visa categories each have a minimum investment requirement, ranging from NZ $100,000 for the Entrepreneur Work visa, to NZ $10 million for the Investor visa category. The Entrepreneur visa allows skilled business people with at least NZ $100,000 of investment funds to set up a business in New Zealand.

After either 6 months or 2 years of Entrepreneur Work, visa holders can apply for permanent residence. The Investor Plus Visa (Investor 1 category) allows business people who can invest a minimum of NZ $10 million over a 3 year period to gain permanent residence. The Investor visa (Investor 2 Category) allows experienced business people who can invest a minimum of NZ $1.5 million in New Zealand over a 4 year period to gain permanent residence(as per the source).

Documents Required For The New Zealand Business Visa in India:

The list of documents for the New Zealand Business Visa as per 2022 are as follows:

  • Two recent passport-size photographs were taken within the past six months and should be in color.
  • Your valid passport issued by the government of India, with at least one blank page. It must be valid for three more months beyond the date you plan to leave New Zealand.
  • Travel itinerary and travel history: Details of your travel plan, like the dates of your departure and return to India. Submit a travel plan that gives all the information regarding how and what you are planning to do in New Zealand, Include the travel dates, places you will visit, the reason for your travel, etc
  • Your proof that you have enough finances to cover the cost of living during your stay in New Zealand. This could be your bank statements for the last six months.
  • Proof that you can pay for your air travel to and from New Zealand, you need to produce your air tickets for this.
  • Details of where you are gonna stay or accommodate in New Zealand. You will need to present a document that shows where you will be staying in New Zealand.
  • Your previous travel history. It has to cover the period of the last 10 years. To be shown by producing either your old passport or any other travel documents.
