The rules for each country are as follows:
Estonia
The COVID-19 restrictions have not been lifted by Estonia. Certain countries’ citizens who wish to immigrate have been subjected to limitations. To enter Estonia, visitors must have a vaccination certificate or a negative report.
Finland
Even for those living in the EU and the EEA, Finland has not lifted the retractions. When arriving in Finland, visitors must show proof of immunization or a recovery certificate. If a traveler lacks any of these certificates, they must produce a negative report. Third-country visitors will be required to show proof of vaccination or recovery
France
France has classified the countries as green or orange. People living in green countries include all EU and EEA countries, as well as third-world countries. Visitors from green countries may present either of the credentials, which contain immunization, testing, or recuperation.
Travelers from the orange list will be subject to stringent regulations. Candidates who have been fully vaccinated and recovered can enter the nation, whereas non-vaccinated immigrants must present a negative test result.
Germany
According to the German Federal Office, anyone over the age of 12 must show proof of vaccination, recovery, or testing in order to enter Germany. People who are unable to provide any of these credentials must follow further procedures.
Nations such as Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, and Spain have the same regulations for immigrants from other countries.
