What’s Important About Express Entry Draw
- In the 225th Express Entry draw, Canada invites 636 people to apply.
- Candidates for the PNP were sent invitations.
- This draw is for people who have scored at least 752 points.
- The FSWP and CEC draws will start up again on July 6, 2022.
How the draw will work

Canada has told 636 PNP candidates who entered the Express Entry draw that they can apply for permanent residency. On June 22, 2022, the drawing took place. This draw has a CRS score of 752. The high minimum score is because candidates already had 600 points when they got their provincial nominations. People can move to Canada to work and make a living there.
FSWP and CEC draws are back on
Immigration Minister Sean Fraser said that the all-programs draw will start up again on July 6, 2022. In April, the minister said that the Federal Skilled Worker Program and the Canadian Experience Class would be back up and running in July, but he didn’t say when. After this news came out in April, there were more applications for the three Express Entry draws. On June 1, there were 31,603 items in stock, while at the end of April, there were 40,889 items.
IRCC wants to bring back invitations to FSWP and CEC
In two weeks, the all-program draw will begin. But this is not how the PNP draws will end. The Canadian Parliament will also pass Bill C-19. This bill will let IRCC invite candidates whose backgrounds match the government’s economic priorities.

On June 8, 2022, the last Express Entry draw was held. The minimum score to get an invite in this draw was 796, and there were 932 candidates.
